Every potential customer is an opportunity to drive top-line revenue and company profitability. Coros is growing its sales team and is seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products.

A fast learner with strong communication and presentation skills, the SDR is our first line of customer engagement and excels at researching leads, managing sales outreach, starting new relationships, and working with the sales team to close new business opportunities.


  • Represent our company, products, and services to prospects and identify how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Generate leads, build relationships and identify opportunities with prospects
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook


· Utilize Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and manage Leads

  • Execute email campaigns and qualify leads as new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results


  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone, video conference and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Salesforce preferred
